TPD Video Grabber Description:
Don't be fooled by similar programs on the net that ONLY let you save videos from YouTube. TPD Video Grabber lets you save video from virtually any site you can browse to with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. Save Internet videos from YouTube, Break, eBaumsworld, ABC, MSNBC, Google, AOL, CNN, Fox News. The list goes on and on.

TPD Video Grabbers newest version, 1.4.6 adds the ability to play f4v files with TPD Flash Video Player. I also changed the video file searching algorithm to stop showing sequenced files.
How to use TPD Video Grabber:
Did you know that you don't even have to have TPD Video Grabber open when you are watching videos on the Internet? Spend as much time watching videos and when you are done open up TPD Video Grabber and your videos will be in the list. When you open up the program it will automatically refresh itself looking for any recently viewed videos and then display them in the list for you to select. Now all you have to do is follow these three easy steps.
Step 1: Watch any Internet video with your favorite browser
Step 2: Click the refresh button at the top right of TPD Video Grabber
Step 3: Locate the video in the list and click the Save button
Install / Uninstall Information:
TPD Video Grabber will install with a desktop shortcut icon that looks like a movie reel and it will also put a shortcut in your Start Menu. If you need to uninstall TPD Video Grabber then it's as easy as going to the Control Panel and clicking uninstall. We don't leave any files behind nor do we make it hard to uninstall. We don't like programs that do funny stuff just as much as you so we pride ourselves on quick clean installs and uninstalls.

Save videos from almost any site on the Internet:
YouTube, Google, AOL, MetaCafe, eBaumsWorld plus over 100 more sites. If you have a video, and it doesn't appear in the list, let us know and we'll do our best to get our program to allow you to save that video.
Deleting Videos:
If you have videos in the list that are advertisements or you just don't want them in there you can click the delete button to remove them.
Viewing Videos:
Before you save your videos you can view them to make sure that it is the right one.
An Added Bonus:
TPD Video Grabber comes with a free Flash (.flv) video player, TPD FLV Video Player! When you install TPD Video Grabber this video player is also installed and associates the .flv format to itself so when you save videos you can just double click them and it will open with our player.

In earlier versions if you clicked the refresh button the grid would automatically sort by create date, now you can sort on any column and have TPD Video Grabber save your sort settings. I've also changed the wording in the information section on the main screen for better clarity. 10/25/2010 Yesterday I released version 1.3.2 which has the ability to save videos from Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Well because I'm sick, I'm not thinking clearly, and released 1.3.2 with a few things I overlooked. Version 1.3.3 fixes those issues. Well that bug has been fixed and a new version of both has been released. 7/17/2010 I've enhanced Video Grabber today with the new registration process. I've also fixed two bugs, one where the video player would error out when trying to play a file where the name has a space in it. The other issue was with viewing YouTube videos and the Temp.FLV file is locked. 6/16/2010 Today I released version 1.1.9. This version contains multiple languages which include: English, German, Spanish, French, Norwegian, Finnish, Italian, Dannish, and Dutch. These translation were provided by translation.google.com so if they are wrong, blame google :). I also changed the logic to detect more videos. After further investigation I noticed that some changes needed to be made. A new version, 1.1.7, is out there now and should be better at detecting videos watched on YouTube. 2/6/2010 Today I fixed a bug that I noticed while deleteing a video from the list. What was happening was when you deleted a video it was deleting the wrong row in the grid but that right video from the computer. I also fixed an issue where Video Grabber would not work on 64bit OS's, that issue is fixed too. 10/15/2009 I have finally added the ability to play video directly without a 3rd party player. Enjoy! 7/21/2009 I released version 1.1.3 today. This release fixes an issue that I discovered today while trying to play a video. Seems Google / YouTube changed something with the way their videos are encoded and it prevented them from playing on the old plugin. Version 1.1.3 requires you to have VLC Media Player installed on your PC, but rest assured this is a FREE player and the program will tell you if you need it. It will also provide links to the download page so you can download and install it. Enjoy! 3/30/2009 I had released an update yesterday (ver 1.1.0) and that version had some unexpected results when running on Windows XP. I have updated again with a fix for that problem. The newest version is now 1.1.1. 12/26/2008 Today I fixed the issue with the background process not finishing before re-running. I've also fixed a bug on the Apple movie viewer screen. 11/21/2008 Today I've added the ability to view videos before you save them. Also, when you save the video it now places the video into a library where you will be able to sort, filter, update and delete videos and their information. I have been monitoring error reports all day today and have fixed two minor issues with the last release. So if you have downloaded a copy and ran into a problem, redownload the newest copy and your problem will be fixed. Thanks and enjoy. 6/7/2008 I fixed a bug that was preventing users from saving videos because of file access permissions. Turned out it was me all along. Won't do that again... Also, another bug I created inadvertantly was in the display of the list. The scrollbar wouldn't work properly. I fixed that too. I also added some helpful information to the interface for newcommers and added better troubleshooting suggestions when it errors while saving a video. 4/6/2008 The update today allows you to save 25 videos to your PC before the trial expires. I've also fixed a bug that was reported. 3/12/2008 I've had some reports of a bug when people click the grid header by accident that some people are experiencing so this release version 1.0.1 fixes that bug. 2/23/2008 Today I released a new program, Video Grabber. This program will allow you to save any video to your PC that you watched on the Internet. This program will only work if you use Internet Explorer to view the video. This is one of those programs that I was unsure of....if it could really do what was promised. But after using it, I found that it did, and I was amazed. This is an excellent piece of software and I have already given it my "thumbs up" to numerous friends, and I don't do that lightly. BRAVO!!!!
