TPD Picture Resizer Pro Description:

TPD Picture Resizer puts you in command of your pictures! Resize those images all at once, or one by one, allowing you to send those images to family and friends with ease. With TPD Picture Resizer you can make your images smaller or larger (if you have small images), change picture dpi for higher quality prints, play around with smoothing modes plus many more options.

How to use this program:

TPD Picture Resizer Pro is setup with a wizard based interface. There are six steps to the process and each step has specific information that you need to provide for your images to come out like you want them too. So lets get started:

The first step is to choose your processing mode. On the first tab, choose whether you want to resize a single image or multiple images.
The second step requires you to choose the pictures you want to re-size. You can click the four shortcut buttons at the bottom or click the browse button on the top.
The third step looks just like the second step however this time you need to choose where you want the resized images to be saved
The fourth tab is where all the settings are. Here you can choose what types of images you want to resize, whether to resize them by pixel, percentage or original, or by aspect ratio. You can also set DPI for higher quality prints, whether you want sub-directories resized, anti-aliasing.
The fifth step is just a confirmation of what is going to happen next. There is a list with the images going to be resized as well as some information about what the program is going to do.
This is the last step and all you have to do is click "Start" and watch your images get resized one by one.

What's new in version 3.3.0:

Version 3.3.0 fixes a bug that users were getting when opening the program. This only affected certain PC's. Also, I changed the percentage selector from a drop down list to a track bar. This will allow you to select any value between 1% and 250% instead of increments of 5. This change was suggested by a user.

Install / Uninstall Information:

TPD Picture Resizer Pro will install with a desktop shortcut icon that looks like a blue ball and it will also put a shortcut in your Start menu. If you need to uninstall TPD Picture Resizer Pro then it''s as easy as going to the Control Panel and clicking uninstall. We don''t leave any files behind nor do we make it hard to uninstall. We don''t like programs that do funny stuff just as much as you so we pride ourselves on quick clean installs and uninstalls.

I've updated TPD Picture Resizer Pro today. Current version 3.3.0 fixes a bug that users were getting when opening the program. This only affected certain PC's. Also, I changed the percentage selector from a drop down list to a track bar. This will allow you to select any value between 1% and 250% instead of increments of 5. This change was suggested by a user. This version also comes with a price reduction, was $19.99 now $15.99.

I've updated Picture Resizer Pro today. I noticed some bugs with how it handled creation of sub directories when resizing images, so that is fixed. I've also enhanced the memory management features so the program should run quicker while using less memory. Fixed bug when no images will be resized due to missing image types or missing images in location path. This version is 3.1.9. Enjoy.

I've updated the Picture Resizer today so now everyone can try out the full version without any limitations. You can now resize up to 25 images with all the features so you can see how your images will process when you purchase the full version.

I've added a new feature to the Picture Resizer yesterday. You can now resize by aspect ratio. What's this you ask? Say you want an image to be 250 pixels wide but you don't want to have to do the math to figure out the height. Well just use the aspect ratio resize selection, put in 250 in the box for width and let the program figure out the height. You can also do this for the height and have it figure out the width. This will keep your aspect ratio of the image will still giving you a great looking picture.

Here's a nifty little program that I designed to aid in the resizing of digital images. The idea was given to me in an email from CodeProject.com. Another programmer was explaining how he designed an image resizing program to scale his images to conserve space on his laptop while traveling. So I set out to make my own because I thought it was a cool idea. This program took my 8GB of family photos and scaled them to a mere 1GB without any image quality loss! Thats a huge savings on space. You just select the directory that the pictures you want resized are in. Select the output directory (where you want them to go). Set your aspect ratio (default to 60% of original) and click Process and watch all your images resize in front of your eyes. What if I don't like the resized images, you say? Well that's okay, just delete the output directory and start again. This program leaves the originals alone so you can play with the sizing until you get it just the way you want it. Then once you are happy, replace the originals with the resized images and blam, there you go. This is a must have program for anyone who has large digital photos on their computer and wants to save space.

Hello im the owner of http://www.girlfriendslingerie.com/ in my business we use images to get our products out. Resizing images has always been an issue as when shrunk down they get distorted and in the end arenâ??t suitable for online viewing. This is why im so glad I found Picture Resizer Pro. No longer due I have any issues with resizing photos. And the quality once completed is not compromised in the least. I recommend this Program to anyone who uses images from a day to day basis.
