- After purchasing a program how long do I have to wait to unlock it?
Our registration process requires that your order pass a fraud check that is done by our credit card processor. This processes usually take less than 1 hour, however if the information that you provided during checkout does not match your bank information (i.e. wrong address) then it could take longer.
- How do I upgrade to a newer version of a program?
If you own one of our desktop products, all you need to do is download the free version of the program you wish to update. For instance, say you want to upgrade a copy of Video Grabber, what you would do is browse to the Video Grabber page and click the Free Trial button at the bottom of the screen. Once it is finished downloading to your computer, unzip the file and run the setup.exe. You will not need to re-register as this information is already stored on your PC.
- My computer crashed and I have to reload all my programs, how do I reload the software I bought from this website?
We understand that there are circumstances where computers crash so if you need to reload software that you bought from this website don't worry. Here's what you need to do. Log into your account by clicking the key code link on our main menu. Download the program that you purchased and install it. After install click the 'Unlock This Program' menu option in the program and provide your email address and order number. Click the 'Unlock' button and that's it. If you need help with anything just email me and I will be glad to help you out.
- How do I access my account?
On the menu above, click the Key Codes link. This will require you to log into your account. Your postal code is your password. You can change this anytime after logging in. After you are logged in, you have access to manage your account.
- How do I unlock the software I purchased?
On all of our programs there is a menu option titled 'Unlock this Program'. If you click on that option you will see a window that asks for your email address and the order number of your purchase. If you provide those two pieces of information you can unlock the program by clicking the unlock button and restarting the program.
- Where is my software?
If you have any of our software on your PC then you already have the full version, you just need to unlock it with your email address and order number. For instructions for how to do that please see the FAQ titled 'How do I unlock the software I purchased?'
