Ordering Policy:
Our checkout process is handled through 2Checkout.com. While placing an online order,
The Professional Developer collects and stores domisile information when a purchase
is made. This information helps us better serve our customers and provides us with
the right information, if needed, by our credit card processor, to expedite issues.
The Professional Developer does not handle credit card processing nor store/retrieve
such information.
Email Policy:
When you send us an e-mail or use the form in the 'Customer Service' section, or
from our products "Make a Suggestion", we collect the name, e-mail address and e-mail
content in order to help us meet the needs of the users.
Refund Policy:
We have a 10 day 100% return policy for any software purchased through our site
as long as the software purchased has not been registered. If you have registered
the software then no refund will be issued.
Key Code Policy:
Our keycodes will unlock a program only twice. This means that you may unlock the
product up to two times on the same machine or once on two seperate machines. Once
you reach your limit of two unlocks you will need to contact The Professional Developer
to reset your keycode at which time you will receive a new keycode for your products.
The Professional Developer will do this as a complimentary service to the customer
only twice after which you will need to purchase the program again.
Policy Changes:
The Professional Developer reserves the right to change these policies, as it sees
fit, without notice.
